    Translation:
     
    The bearer of this letter, a gentleman, Vajracharya (Dorje Loppön), by virtue of his 
    excellent service rendered to the Earlier Translation school of Nyingma Dzogchen 
    Minling Monastery of Lord Pukang (The Original Nyingmapa Monastic Pukang Temple)
    and other related Dharma centers, is hereby bestowed "PADMA KARMA" as his
    (Dharma) name.
     
 May all be further assured that any major and minor material offerings, made by all the 
fortunate devotees ( of Lama Padma Karma), are certain to become a fertile field of 
positive merit. One should not have doubts that their offerings will be wasted or misused.
