Driving on I-95 Northbound
Take exit 44 (Kimberly Avenue). Bear right coming down the exit.
Bear left after the stop sign. Make a left at the first light onto
Ella T. Grasso Boulevard (Rte. 10). Drive approximately 4 miles
northerly to the intersection of Whalley Avenue.
Then turn left onto Whalley Avenue, Route 10 also making this turn.
Continue until you pass a cemetery on your right. You will notice
that you are traveling down a small hill. Go past the second light,
do not follow Route 10 to the right, then just before a bright
yellow Subway restaurant, make a right onto Tour Avenue, which is a
small side street. You may park on the street, but keep an eye out
for designated no parking areas. Go to the small blue/gray house
(#17 Tour Avenue on the right and ring the bell.
Driving on I-95 Southbound
Take Exit 47, Route 34 - Downtown New Haven. Stay in the left
lane until the exit becomes North Frontage Road. Continue on North
Frontage Road to its end, approximately 2 miles. Then make a right
onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard (Route 10). Then proceed approximately
two and one half miles northerly to Whalley Avenue.
Then turn left onto Whalley Avenue, following Route 10 which also
makes this turn. Continue on Whalley until you pass a cemetery on
your right. You will notice that you are traveling down a small
hill. Go past the second light, do not turn right to follow Route
10, then just before a bright yellow Subway Restaurant, make a right
onto Tour Avenue, which is a small side street. Public parking is
permitted on the street, but keep an eye out for designated no
parking areas. Go to the small blue/gray house (#17 Tour Avenue) on
the right and ring the bell.
Driving from Route 15 North or South (Wilbur Cross Parkway)
Take Exit 59. At the end of the ramp turn right. At the second
light, bear left onto Whalley Avenue. Drive approximately 2 miles,
following Route 63. At the base of the hill, proceed about one block
and look for antique stores and a Subway Restaurant on your left.
Turn left at the Subway onto Tour Avenue, a small side street. You
may park on the street, but keep an eye out for designated no
parking areas. Go to the small blue/gray house (#17 Tour Avenue) on
the right and ring the bell.
Driving from Downtown New Haven
Proceed northwesterly on Whalley Avenue. Continue until you pass
a cemetery on your right. You will notice that you are traveling
down a small hill. Go past the second light, then just before a
bright yellow Subway Restaurant make a right onto Tour Avenue, a
small side street. You may park on the street, but keep an eye out
for designated no parking areas. Go to the small blue/gray house
(#17 Tour Avenue) on the right and ring the bell.
